challenge is reset to the original account balance. All previous violations and penalties are cleared.

RESET
A “Rescue Account” button is
displayed in the client portal for eligible accounts. Simply click the button to be directed to the payment page with the appropriate discount (based on your 1st/2nd rescue opt-in)
applied. Check out and pay to
have your account reset.
TRADE
Once purchase is completed,
your account is reset to your
starting balance, system
violations are cleared and your
account phase is restored to the point at which the breach
occurred. Look out for a final
confirmation email in your
inbox!

- WHEN CAN I USE THE RESCUE OPTION?
You can only use the Rescue option if you breach a hard rule—such as the daily drawdown, max drawdown, or news trading restrictions on an active challenge.
2. WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PROGRESS AND ACCOUNT NUMBER AFTER A RESCUE?
Your account number stays the same, and you’ll resume from the phase where you breached:
- For 2-phase challenges: Restart from Phase 2 if that’s where the breach happened.
- For 1-phase challenges: Restart the original challenge phase.
3. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO ACTIVATE THE RESCUE?
You have 7 days from the date of the breach to activate the Rescue option in your client portal. After that, the offer disappears.
4. ARE THERE ANY LIMITS TO HOW MANY TIMES I CAN USE THE RESCUE?
Yes. Each account can only be rescued twice:
- 1st Rescue: 50% discount on the original challenge price
- 2nd Rescue: 25% discount
After that, no further rescues will be allowed on that account.
5. DO HARD BREACH RULES STILL APPLY AFTER I USE THE RESCUE?
Absolutely. All hard rules (drawdown limits, news trading rules, etc.) still apply. If you breach them again, you’ll have to use your second Rescue—if eligible
6. HOW DO I ACTIVATE THE RESCUE IN MY PORTAL?
Once the system detects a hard breach, you’ll get an automated email, and a “Rescue Account” button will appear in your client portal. Click it, complete the discounted payment, and your account will be reset. You’ll also receive an email
confirmation afterward.
